PRAYER AND PRAISE LIST

 

ADORATION: (Acknowledge & reflect on God’s attributes):

· Meditate on the Faithfulness of God … (Romans 3:3)

· Meditate on the Patience of God … (2 Peter 3:15)

· Meditate on the Mercy of God .. (Psalm 86:10)

CONFESSION:

· Lord, forgive me when I don’t have a respectful attitude toward my boss or supervisor.

· Lord, forgive me when I listen to God’s truths on Sunday, but go our of church and don’t change a thing.

· Lord, forgive me when I don’t take care of my body as I should.

THANKSGIVING:

· Jerry’s test showed no cancer.

· Mel’s dad was able to have his gall bladder surgery.

· Rob N’s dad is not having pain.

· Michaela gave praise for everyone who was here last Sunday learning about God instead of being home.

· Matt & Katie had a tired come off the car while traveling on the

       interstate and they didn’t have a scratch.

NEW REQUESTS:

· Elaine’s best friend, Connie, passed away last Sunday. Pray for Elaine and Connie’s family.

· Sandy has had trouble with her pacemaker.

· Angel has some personal problems.

· Joyce has bronchitis and swelling in her legs and feet.

· Madisyn & Michaela’s mother, Kelly, has urinary tract infection and is on her third antibiotic.

CURRENT REQUESTS:

· Mary Claxton’s problem with her feet has improved, but she still needs prayer.

· Paul Yerden had a severe stroke. Recovering, but showing some paralysis.  He is now in rehab.

· Katie’s friend, Jessica, has a mass on her brain & is pregnant.

· Carol Miller is in the hospital with a cyst on her lung.

· Baby Chloe is not doing well. She is on oxygen.

· Bronna Beth Boling has a torn rotator cup; her husband is dying of Parkinsons Disease.

· Angel’s uncle has some issues with personal problems.

· Angel’s friend has acute liver failure (33 yrs old with 4 daughters).

· Kids as they begin another school year.

· Jay and Linda Russ have a step grandchild in need of prayer.

· Pray for Rob Elzey and his family.

· Rusty’s brother-in-laws eye will heal from glaucoma surgery. 

· Carolyn—shortness of breath and hurting wrist..

· Elaine still needs prayer for her lung functions.

· Sandy will stay focused on God during worship service.

· Keep praying for Angel’s brother-in-law and family.

· East Allen County School Board in the decisions they make.

· Dave Umber has reoccurring cancer.

· Barbara Clark, (Hess’ friend) is having chemo for lung cancer and is having pain in her hip/leg.

· Donna’s cancer  will be completely taken away.

· Debbie and Dean Stuckey and family.

· Bob H’s shoulder and leg problems.

· Rick Saylor was in a severe accident. He is still in rehab.

· Mary’s great Niece, Sharon Addis, has breast & bone cancer.

· Mary’s nephew, Earl, in a nursing home; his wife, not doing well.

· Pray for those in our congregation who are laid off and seeking jobs: Jeff B, Matt W., and Daniel (Mary’s grandson).

· Pray for the teenagers in our church that they make right decisions.

On Going Concerns:

· Pray for our college students: Doug, Matt, and Katie.

· Pray for Joyce Frazier who has stage 3 renal disease.

· Pray for the Johnson family.

· Pray for the lost loved ones who don’t know the Lord.

· Sharon  is dealing with a family situation and  her own health. 

· Joel’s mother needs continued prayer for her health. 

· For Megan as she deals with her physical problems.

· A member of Rusty’s family is waiting for a kidney transplant.

· Bill North’s cancer is still Stage 4.

· Rob Elzey’s friend’s mother has a brain tumor.

· Marsha’s friend needs a liver and kidney transplant.

· Amber Weddle, Teenager, has been diagnosed with MS.

CHURCH:

· Pray for Pastor George as he leads our church in the direction God has called us to go.

· Pastor George and Laura.

· Youth Leaders: Marsha Dougal.

· Church Family:  Attitudes will be positive and loving; put others

      before self; members will mature in their walk with God.

MISSIONARIES:

· Pray for Aaron Varner, our new Living Link Missionary (Germany).

· Remember our “Child of Promise,”  Jan Mariel E. Sebastian.

· Pray for the staff/children at WCCH.
